Ladies and Gentleman, may I present you our humble Judges Directer, the incomparable, Nico!

Question 1.What is your real name and where do you live?

(Nico|away) Nico de Boer, living in the Netherlands, actualy quite close to Koen and Dirkjan
(BobbyHill) oh so thats why you get a job huh
(BobbyHill) buddy buddy with the director

(Nico|away) actualy we go back from even before that

Question 2. Im assuming you play magic irl, what are your ratings?

(Nico|away) hmm, don't even know my ratigns :)
(Nico|away) been a loing while since I played
(Nico|away) dci sanctioned that is(BobbyHill) any guesses?
(Nico|away) low 1600 I guess :)
(BobbyHill) heh, i know the feeling
(Nico|away) mostly play casual
(Nico|away) and teaching kids how to play

Question 3. Do you like the direction the league is going right now? Is there anything youd like to see change?

(Nico|away) hmm, the league itself is growing, and there is not much that needs changes I think, maybe more attention to team events or such, but that still needs to be implemetnted on the site
(Nico|away) also some more casual formats would be nice
(BobbyHill) yeah, the teams should have a prize
(Nico|away) like highlander
(Nico|away) or rainbow stairwell
(BobbyHill) highlander!
(Nico|away) great fun :)

(Nico|away) lot of people underestimate the fun in magic I think
(BobbyHill) obv
(Nico|away) and play with a too competitive mind
(Nico|away) but that is just personal

Question 4. If you were to become the director what would be the first thing you would do?

(Nico|away) give myself double salary
(BobbyHill) lol
(Nico|away) otoh
(Nico|away) I don't get anything now, so that wouldnot differ
(Nico|away) :)
(Nico|away) but seroiously, I would not know off the top of my head
(Nico|away) it is more like the 4 of us working together now
(Nico|away) makeing the directions etc
(Nico|away) and coordinating
(Nico|away) and having a great staff is also a good thing

Question 5. As the Judges Director, is there anything you want to say to the ordinary M-Lers that want to be judges?

(Nico|away) hmm, tough one
(Nico|away) being a judge is fun, but can also be a hot spot, players picking at you
(Nico|away) other judges correcting you etc :)
(Nico|away) most importamnt thing for judges is to never loose your head I think
(Nico|away) but that is very hard :)

(Nico|away) knowing the rules might come in handy too :)
(BobbyHill) im not so sure, knowing the rules shouldnt be a requirement
