playing glittering wish md instead of sliver legion will allow u acces to ur random single glare/moat

which should help vs mono red

and if by justice u mean that 1 card id suggest either watcher as it will help in mono red as well or something as simple as rebuff the wicked

-1 Gemstone Cavern
+1 Gemstone Mine

-1 Firewake Sliver
-3 Spined Sliver
+4 Cautery Sliver

-2 Sliver Legion (one of the crappiest slivers in existence)
-3 Two-Headed Sliver
+4 Glittering Wish
+1 Homing Sliver

As for your sideboard:

1 Glare of Subdual
1 Rain of Gore (metagame call)
1 Harmonic Sliver
2 Necrotic Sliver (against anything)
1 Darkheart Sliver (against burn)
1 Debtors' Knell
3 Tormod's Crypt
2 Ghostway (or you can take these out for Saffi Eriksdotter)
1 Teferi's Moat
1 Tolsimir Wolfblood (extra muscle)
1 Dormant Sliver (when you don't need it, sac it)

You can get anything except Ghostway and Crypt with glittering wish.

Ghostway is terrible. It is better to play around Wrath of God by either ignoring it, hoping that the opponent does not draw it, or holding some slivers back. Keeping a card in hand and mana open in an aggressive deck like this, for the eventuality of the opponent drawing one card out of his deck is simply bad strategy.

Keep the Spined Slivers, I suggest you rather take out the Virulent slivers for the Cauterys. They do nothing except if the opponent has lots of lifegain. Also keep the Sliver Legions - a 7/7 creature with nice ability is quite ok by turn 3-4.

As for your sideboard - take in cards that are meant to change the matchup against some particular decks. That is done by adding 3 or 4 copies of a card that would make a difference. Taking in one card means that you have 1/60 chance of improving your matchup from the previous match. Unless you draw/filter/tutor a lot, that is quite useless.
