RULES!

1.NO PROFANITY OR RANDOM FLAMING!!!

2.BACK UP WHAT YOU SAY DON'T DROP RANDOM ADVICE WITH NO REASON(DRIVES ME NUTS).

3.POST NEEDS TO BE AT LEAST SEMI-READABLE/UNDERSTANDABLE

I am looking to place at states with this build as i don't have alot of dough to buy lorwyn cards, and i hate making a deck 1-2 weeks before a major tourney starts(no time to polish). Sideboard will need help and ideas about potential MN meta would be helpful. I would also like to know what kind of weaknesses the deck has if you can spot em, or strengths you think need to be improved. Mana bases/curves are not my strong suit so help there would also be nice.

I kinda feel like you do not have the right number of counterspells in the deck. I would drop the Reminisce and Tidings for some "learnable". Like maybe 2-4 Cancel. You really need 10 or more main deck counters to put up the "counter-wall" needed for W/U control decks to win.

I really think that you only need 1 blink in the main deck. Also you need to swap out the W/U storage land for U/B one and work in one Swamp. That way you can get the most out of Mystical Teachings. Also you can main one Extirpate and one Disenchant or Condemn.

I think you will have to compare this deck to other blink variants, like the GWU version, and find out if yours is better or not.

I am completely with you if you say that you don't want to netdeck, though. Building your own deck is more fun and may give you an advantage in a tournament, since you would know how to play it.

Very few of the readers here, including me, will bother taking that deck and playtesting it. I can comment on some of the card choices on a general basis, though:

Delay - find out if Rune Snag may be better. It counters a spell (potentially) for good, and that may be better for you, considering that you will kill slowly and three turns isn't much.

Condemn - in a Teferi-matchup, it is often a dead card, and it does not help vs MGA that much. Its ability to target only attacking creatures is actually a quite large drawback. Consider other options.

Tidings - consider Foresee instead. One less mana and dig two cards deeper.

The problem with your sideboard is that it is all dependent on Teachings toolbox. It extends your options, but I prefer sideboards that are designed to turn the tables completely against a few chosen decks (or even a single deck).

Blink seems bad with just 4 targets

That was why I said to cut it to one. It is still good as a one of inho. It most def needs more counters though. I really like the list for the most part.

I agree on the blinks i dropped to 2, the reminisce as well was expendable i spose, in goes 2 cancel lol. Tidings stays over forsee as i can find all the cards i need with teachings almost always and the net card advanage is why i run tidings, if i changed tidings it would be for Jayemdae Tome for the rucursion but i risk losing it to a arti hate card. I strongly agree about condemn against teferi that's why i am running the psi blast in the board. I could also splash snow lands for a mouth of ronom and those would fix tef really well but condemn is so much better VS the aggro and can kill 4/5 goyfs no prob, so with the current meta the condemn suits me better in the main deck although i do need a better sideboard option to hate teferi(can only get ahold of one psi blast).

Regardiing the "counter wall" the meta encourages fast cheap cards and in a mana heavy deck like this, spell burst is STRONGLY underestimated. The "counter wall" is set up at around 7 mana with a teferi in play, or with access to 2-3 blinks and a whelk(they go along way). I prefer those options as they generate hand advantage as well where cancel/rune snag/delay are 1-1's.

Did some playtesting and i have come to the conclusion that I like Dismal Failure over cancel as it's rare i need the turn three counterspell VS almost always netting an extra card worth of hand advantage.

I say can the beacon of immortality, I don't need you getting up to 2,000 life again. lol

But the deck looks good. Very precise, not straying off from control for other useless cards like a lot of U/W cards do

Nice deck, I like it.
