add another court hussar they are a UW staple and should always be played in 4's

take out masticore. you want to be controlling the game with teferi or akroma, not draw into another threat. the hussar is a must. play 4 spell snare main over a fetters and maybe a mesa. w/ so much aggro if you're on the draw you'd rather counter a soon to be huge goyf or remand or in some instances burn. take out prahv. there's better stuff to do with your mana than prahv.

you are on the right track.. but the brine lock combo in the board is unnecessary... typically UW control wins late game.. masticore is definately too slow.. i would suggest 2-3 spell snare main board,, and i noticed you are missing aeon chronicler.. i personally perfer to run 2-3 and i suggest you cut 1 colorless land.. and maybe you should play 4x nimbus maze over adarkar wastes.. pain is never good for UW lets see maybe 2x sacred mesa for the mirror .. the card is just a house.. also i would play 1x tidings maybe 2 - anyhow yes 4 Court Hussar is Great hey.. imma test this cause i was personally thinking about UB with the teachings and dralnu with arcanis and teferi.. anyway.. looks good my man.. I actually top 8'd with UW during regionals in the Gruul Meta.. i would suggest 4x story circle.. this format is soo easy if you have enough white sources... just delay the game till you get Akroma ftw.. o h that reminds me you only need 1x Akroma and i'mma test with Draining Whelk... who knows this UW is making me excited ill post my list later

my favorite kind of advantage is CARD ADVANTAGE yay.... and it also has recursion with the sacred mesa.. rawr O_o i def. see myself using this deck - i want to playtest it now

His comment was valid. You playtest your deck BEFORE you post your list. Most first lists are suboptimal and need to be run through before posted. To post an untested list results in more posts about each card you change. Clutter = no fun. Instead, post your polished deck idea, describe what changed and where you are going with it.
