Getting back into ML/MTGO and Constructed (T2). I would really appreciate a break down of the current Meta. Esoteric lists welcome as well. TY in advance.

when big tourneys come around, count on netdecks of the top 8, but right now be prepared for RG or BR beats, Pyromancer's Swath / Grapeshot combo, BG Smallpox/Rack/Tarmogoyf, and UWR / UWG midrange decks based around momentary blink and some based on chord of calling and pickles lock etc.

-Narcolepsy(Dredge+ Bridge + Narco)

-Project X (tho on the downfall)

-Pickles(havn't seen it in a while, it lost rewind, which hurt it alot)

-Satanic Sleigh(BR Aggro/burn)

-Gruul(GR Aggro/burn)

-UWG/UWR BlinkTouch

-OmniChord(UWG chord of calling deck)

-Bx(black with X -- Rack/goyf)

-Aussie Storm(Pyromancer's Swath + Grapeshot // Storm + Warrens/Ignite Mems)

-Korlash Control(UBR or other versions)

--------------------------------

now there are other decks, such as Random "Walk the Aeons" or "Martyr of Sands" decks, but they aren't played in the calibre of the decks posted above.

based on the Norwegian nationals which I attended this weekend, I believe that MGA (fast green aggro) and GWU blink should be among the tier 1 decks on that list.

a Storm combo deck did also do well.

is there a definition of tier 1? I take it to be the proven decks, those that have won or done particularly well in several tourneys.

Hmmm, let me introduce the Popular Guys of the School right now:

The Angelfire guys: Teferi, Remand, Blink, Saint Augustin IV, Venser Bouncer, Lightning Angel.

Also: Mogg War Marshall. Well I recomend to read the last TWO articles of Frank Karsten. The last one is the more updated( uduh!) and the other is an interesting analisys on T2 Meta of overlaping or how decks are similar others also Tier 1.
