this is a type 2 solider deck that i have been working on, i think that soliders will be very big coming soon, please comment with suggesstions

Do you want the deck to go faster? Drop the CoA's and go Glorious Anthem's. Drop Chronomantic's, add more defense, like Judge Unworthy, or Pacifism? Rolling Eyes

life gain??? Soul Warden, spirit loop/ link. It doesn't ALL have to be soldiers. It's good for a theme deck though. Smile

Griffin guide's have proven to be solid. Ol' Skool Holy Armor makes a bad a$$ harder to deal with also. Cool

Chronomatic escape is a funny lock vs. aggro it just sucks vs. ctrl bc they are like teferi. and Holy Amour isnt even t2 leagal :/

My friend has a somewhat serious T2 Boros / Soldier deck and I think it's fun.

Don't main deck Sunlance - worthless against control. Also, chronomantic escape is not for your deck - you're aggro. Also, Darien and Benalish Commander are too slow. You want creatures that are good on their own. And if you are playing the aggro role, Even the Odds will never be very good.

You only need to ever draw Mobilization once, so cut it down to 2. I like Aven Riftwatcher against aggro, but not control, so you should consider it in the sideboard. This deck gets some reach in burn and some good soldiers if you add red. Here's a sketch of my friends list

24 mana sources (I think a couple signets with land)

2 Mobilization
2 Loxodon Warhammer (I like Sunforger also)
4 Lightning Helix
4 Incinerate

4 Icatian Javelineers
4 Boros Recruit
4 Field Marshal
4 Veteran Armorer
4 Boros Swiftblade
4 Sunhome Enforcer

4 Aven Cloudchaser (I think that's right...kills art/ench)

4 JOTUN GRUNT (could almost be main)
