Vintage is almost a different game compared to T2. This means that people could like it more or less. Personally, I feel like MtG IS Vintage. All the other formats seems a bit too much "Yu-Gi-Oh" for me. But that's me, others are free to think otherwise.

Personally, I try to open as many T1 minis as I can. I open T2 minis only when I really need to reach the minimum amount of tournaments, since there are a lot more people playing T2, and so mini fills much faster.

Vintage seems to gather a lot of people on MWS, but said people do not follow the restrictions placed on most of the power/powerful cards. Also, the pistol to hand analogy is quite true -- Sure, T1 allows for a larger card selection (as well as more powerful cards in most cases) .. but there are too many people out there who take the fun out of playing a game by playing 1st turn kills, which makes the game basically pointless..

I'd rather play drawn out games than lose (OR win) within the first 2 turns, if not on the 1st.

But like I said, the main reason Vintage gets abused on MWS is because there are people out there (and i've seen this, and it saddens me) who actually had Moxes in multiples of which you would find basic lands..

I'm with Misslehead3. I could say more about this, but it would turn into a hate post to some degree, and I don't want that.

I will say one thing though; too many people are living in this fantasy world where they think they are going to be the next Jon Finkel, or just way too obsessed with competitive game-play rather than just playing the game for fun (casually), which is why this and other games are made. For fun.
