its decent it realy needs a sideboard its fun to play. i think it could definayly be teir 1 with some work.

Umm. Gruul Scrapper is bad. Instead. It'd be better for you use Dryad Sophisticate.

Is the blue really necessary?.
Convolute and Electrolyze don't seem to be really worth it.

You should also look into those cards like Gruul Turf and Izzet Boilerworks.
