NLB is a dead deck from what i can see

so you shouldn't have to worry about that. however tron variants are still around

Needs moar Spirit Guide, Seething Song, Rite of Flame, Desperate Ritual, etc.
Also, if you're gonna run Wood Elves, why no duals? Seems like Stomping Ground might be good. Also a good idea to include the ONS sac-lands, since they get the land, and that's -1 land in the deck...

Just some thoughts.

Checks his really old extended belcher list

// Lands
4 [GP] Steam Vents
4 [GP] Stomping Ground

// Creatures
1 [SC] Elvish Aberration
4 [SC] Chartooth Cougar
4 [PLC] Simian Spirit Guide
4 [SC] Shoreline Ranger

// Spells
3 [7E] Mana Short
3 [CHK] Sensei's Divining Top
3 [OD] Moment's Peace
3 [MR] Fabricate
3 [MR] Thirst for Knowledge
4 [9E] Sleight of Hand
4 [MR] Goblin Charbelcher
4 [TSP] Lotus Bloom
4 [MR] Chrome Mox
4 [JU] Burning Wish
4 [FD] Pentad Prism

// Sideboard
SB: 1 [7E] Mana Short
SB: 1 [OD] Moment's Peace
SB: 1 [MR] Fabricate
SB: 3 [SOK] Pithing Needle
SB: 1 [PS] Hull Breach
SB: 1 [RAV] Recollect
SB: 3 [PT] Pyroclasm
SB: 3 [GP] Shattering Spree
SB: 1 [FD] Granulate

Hmm now to make it post rotation we have to ditch top, wish, moments peace, mana short. Rough quick build:

// Deck file for Magic Workstation (http://www.magicworkstation.com)

// Lands
4 [GP] Steam Vents
4 [GP] Stomping Ground

// Creatures
4 [SC] Chartooth Cougar
4 [PLC] Simian Spirit Guide
4 [SC] Shoreline Ranger
1 [MR] Platinum Angel

// Spells
3 [MR] Fabricate
4 [MR] Thirst for Knowledge
4 [MR] Goblin Charbelcher
4 [TSP] Lotus Bloom
4 [MR] Chrome Mox
4 [FD] Pentad Prism
4 [LRW] Ponder
4 [SHM] Manamorphose
4 [MR] Seething Song
4 [CS] Rite of Flame

Filter some lands with the cyclers, draw some cards. Then go off when you have enough manasources or when your lotus resolves.

Or for a faster, and more ball to the walls approach I guess something like this would be better:

// Lands
5 [UNH] Mountain

// Creatures
4 [PLC] Simian Spirit Guide
4 [FUT] Street Wraith
4 [GP] Wild Cantor

// Spells
4 [TSP] Empty the Warrens
4 [MR] Goblin Charbelcher
4 [MR] Chrome Mox
4 [TSP] Chromatic Star
4 [MR] Chromatic Sphere
4 [CHK] Desperate Ritual
4 [MR] Seething Song
4 [CS] Rite of Flame
4 [SHM] Manamorphose
4 [CS] Mishra's Bauble

// Sideboard
SB: 4 [TSB] Tormod's Crypt
SB: 3 [SOK] Pithing Needle
SB: 4 [GP] Shattering Spree
SB: 4 [UL] Defense Grid

Well I have to say that this deck NEEDS Lotus Bloom. During playtesting, I could never go off before turn 5, because I had to deal with the mana problems. Wild Cantor is a low point in it, never stays alive, or doesn't give enough mana. I hesitate if I have a Star and a Cantor in hand, and most of the time I play the star for the drawing engine.

Street Wraith is just very nice with the +draw for 0 mana.

I'll test the 5mana version with blue as Tritemio suggested. It can beat elves easily, but is not consistent enough for me. I need a steadier going off ability.
