| how does twincast work with cryptic command and its modes? also with cruel ultimatum saying target opponent. |

| The modes from command remain the same, you only get to change targets, not modes. The copy of ultimatum can target your opp. |

Chatzuk doesn't know what he's talking about. You control the copy, and you can choose new targets, so your copied Cruel Ultimatum CAN target your opponent.
Not sure if you can pick different modes for the command though.... |

What are you talking about? That's exactly what Chatzuk said., Here I'll qoute it for you:

If you're going to correct people, you better make damn sure you're correct and at least do so politely.
And no, you can't change the modes of a spell you copied, just as Chatzuk said. Twincast only allows you to change targets. |
