| i have a KC face down and play soul's fire, targeting the face down creature. My opponent let's the spell resolve and when priority is passed to me, i flip krosan over. my opponent then tried to counter soul's fire saying it came out of being resolved. |

This would not work. After having played the Soul's Fire, you get priority again. If you pass and your opponent pass, the Soul's Fire will resolve, dealing 2 damage to whatever targetted.
The rules only allow you to turn a morphed card face up by paying its morph cost any time you may play an instant, so if you would like to deal 13 damage, you would have to morph it up immediately and leave your opponent a chance to counter it. |

I Think when Souls Fire resolves, you cant Flip your Crad over anymore, cause during a resolution of a spell nobody can respond to it anymore.
You have to flip your card over after u casted Souls Fire and while its on the stack.
Im not a Judge, and im not 100% sure, so wait for what the others say. |

If you pass priotrity after playing a spell (Souls fire, u ask if your opponent counters it) U don't receive priority back if your opponent doesn't do anything.
So you can't unmorph cloudscrapper untill souls fire has resolved. |

| you need priority to do something, even if it doesnt use the stack. If you passed priority and the opponent passed back the spell resolves doing 2 damage. |

Playing a land also doesn't use the stack. U still need priority. (and empty stack)
U need priority to do anything even unmorphing. |

502.26d Any time you could play an instant, you may turn a face-down permanent you control face up. To do this, show all players what the permanent's morph cost will be when the effect ends, pay that cost, then turn the permanent face up. The morph effect on it ends, and it regains its normal characteristics. Any abilities relating to the permanent coming into play don't trigger when it's turned face up and don't have any effect, because the permanent has already come into play.
You deal two damage, as you couldn't play an instant at that time. |

| If you are the non-active player and play Soul's Fire with a morphed Krosan Cloudscrapper, the active player (your opponent) receives priority first. After he decided to pass, you get it and can unmorph your KC. Since this action doesn't use the stack your opponent doesn't receive priority again and Soul's Fire deals 13 damage. This doesn't work if your the active player as the others already mentioned. |

Sadly, this is not true. After you play something you always get priority back, no matter whose turn it is. |
