Can you stack multiple triggers of it?
let's say you let 2 epic abilities play because you made one an instant.
i know they are on the stack and already played. but what happens on the upkeep? |

Are you just trying to be clever? When is this situation ever going to arise...
And to answer your question Epic puts a copy of the spell on the stack. This is not the same as playing a spell and thus gets around the Epic ability. Similiar to the way Dovescape does not counter Enduring Ideal copies. |

I can't see you getting 18 mana to quicken on of them, but I'll leave that to you and your deck.
Ruleswise, yes, if you have managed to resolve to spells with the Epic ability, two triggers will go on the stack in your upkeep, and since you control both, you get to stack them in the order you want. |
