Got a quick question. Can I name a token such as faerie token from bitter blossem when this comes into play?

no, but you can name shapeshifter and assembly-worker to protect you from crib swab tokens and urza's factory tokens as those are real cards

tokens are not cards and Runed Halo says you must name a card. In almost every circumstance tokens will get around it "elf warrior" token vs Elvish Warrior card. but assmebly-worker is a printed card so rpotection from urza's factory tokens is do-able.

No there is no card called Goblin

Runed Halo would be way better if it could name Spirit token or faerie rogue token lol.
