Clearly you people need to learn how the stack works.

Reveillark reads like this:
When Reveillark leaves play, return up to two target creature cards with power 2 or less from your graveyard to play.
I hate to break it to you but this is a triggered ability which does use the stack.

All you have to do to get sower back is this.

Sacrifice reveillark to greater gargadon in response to the shock. Reveillark leaves play and you put its leaves play trigger on the stack. You then sacrifice sower of temptation to gargadon. Reveillark is in the graveyard and can no longer be given back. Proceed to resolve reveillarks trigger. Bring back sower of temptation and something else. Plain and simple.

Gotta love people telling others to learn the stack and then totally blow their own explaination. You do realize putting targeted abilities on the stack require that there actually be targets?

The Targets are not chosen until the Trigger is put on the stack, Which does not happen until a player would get priority. Thus you can sacrifice Sower of Temptation and get it back.

LJ2..you are correct that targets aren't choosen until the trigger is on the stack. And yes that happens when a player would get priority.
So with that in mind wouldn't the player who controls both Reveillark and Sower have priority after sacrificing the Reveillark? He couldn't sacrifice the Sower without having priority again after sacrificing the Reveillark.
Once he sacs Reveillark the ability will trigger and go on the stack (with targets choosen). Then he retains priority as long as he states that he wants to(see Section 51 Shortcuts in the Penalty Guide). He then can sacrifice the Sower but by then the targets for Reveillark's ability have been chosen and Sower wasn't legal then.

You can choose Sower of Temptation as a target for the trigger (which is not valid at the time). But as you sacrifice SoT it will resolve first, and as it's put into graveyard it becomes a valid target for the trigger?

No, you can't choose illegal targets. You must choose legal targets. That they may become legal later doesn't matter.
