Who has the Brass Balls achievement in Bioshock

I have beat the game 3 times on Hard without using a vita-chamber and it won't unlock the achievement. I've beat it while harvesting all the little sisters, then I beat it saving the little sisters, Then i beat it while harvesting half and saving half and I still dont have it. Is it the game or am I doing something wrong?

you are asking in the wrong fourm and not checking the right websites. I bet gamefaqs.com would help you with that. Id find it for you if I had more time on my hands.

did you remember to turn off vita chambers in options?

I checked Gamefaqs, its actually my homepage and thats how i found out about the achievement. and I looked on how to turn vita chambers off, I cant find it anywhere on the options menu in game. is there an options menu at the start up screen that I am missing?
