Feature Requested: Leave Table and Continue & Kick Playe

So there was this one feature request.. Smile

In a 3+ player free for all game, a player could be eliminated. (or you know, just leave).
With 2 or more players left at the table, the game could continue. OPT does not support this yet.

I have thought of a solution for this and it is the following.

If a player wants to leave the game, he or she simply concedes the current game. This does not directly throw you back to the lobby, you need to do that yourself.
If the format allows it, your "player" will simply be skipped
If it doesn't.. well, then there will be a winner and the game will end.

If somehow a player left the table without conceding (the good ol' PlayerLost story on mwsplay), then only the Owner of the table can remove that player from the game.

Owner? you say..? The Owner of the table is the person that 1.) issued the challenge or 2.) created the table lobby, quite simple really.
If the Owner leaves and you are stuck with an ass that doesn't want to concede... well.. I'd just find another game if I were you.

A majority vote just makes things complicated and if the Owner and you have "issues", you should find another opponent anyway IMO.

So this way it is possible to concede the game and still watch it continue or leave the table and join elsewhere.

If you have any concerns / ideas before I start implementing this (on thursday) please let me know.

In regards to say the owner of the table leaving, maybe implement a way to make it so that person who joined first then becomes the owner of the table. Just a thought.
