yea a little deck i've been working on need some help and suggestions. Its mostly burn, playing the only 2 red cards with madness and some blue to be cool.
Also I need ideas for the sideboard.
Lands:
9x Mountain
4x Shivan Reef
4x Terramorphic Expanse

Spells:
4x Fiery Temper
4x Rune Snag
4x Think Twice
4x Incinerate
3x Psionic Blast
3x Ghastly Discovery

You got 7 Madness cards and 9 discard outlets. That doesnt make it a madness deck. You would get to use madness like once a game on average.
Wouldnt it be better to just make a burn+counter+draw deck without madness? It is not like the deck will ever actually take advantage of the reduced casting cost of those 7 spells, since it is so slow. You could as well use better cards which does the same thing. |

I had a RUg deck I was playing back in TSP Block, and played in T2 for awhile, with success at the FNM level, and it was fun. I don't remember the mana scheme as it was pretty ugly, but here's the main list.

4x Gathan Raiders
4x Reckless Wurm
2x Venser, Shaper Savant
4x Tarfire
4x Incinerate
