You have way too many completely random 1-ofs. It shows that you have absolutely no idea what you want your deck to do. And sadly, until you explain what you want the deck to do in detail, no-one can help you.

If he takes that proven deck and plays it - and from that understands why it is a good deck and his is not, "arrogant magic-league" have helped him a lot, actually.

Even if he just looks at it and says "well it certainly looks good but I won't play it because it isn't MY deck" and then ponder upon _why_ it looks good and then makes a similar deck which is his own, even then M-L has been helpful.

You should play that spell that deals 10 damage if they are at 10 life for 3R. Thats the real win.
