i really want to make this deck work... i need help! what to change... what to take out, what to add... how to make the deck run faster.

well more card draw would be very helpful. Cryptics and mulldrifter will do, maybe even add 2 revielliark and ambitions for more control. sideboard should propbaby have 3 shrieckmaws

im confused where your zombify's (mannequin) are.... please stop calling UWB.pile 'solar flare' when it is quite known that in the current format, no such deck will ever exist due to what we have available

Why do you have Thoughtseize in there? That is the only black card in the list, and in the colours U/W you have counterspells which can deal with threats from the hand.

Drop black and build a U/W control deck.
