here is my take on MWC, based on bagina's version which I like - note that it is theory only.

Creatures: 14
4 Martyr of Sands
3 Kitchen Finks
2 Oversoul of Dusk
2 Divinity of Pride
2 Crovax, Ascendant Hero
1 Akroma, Angel of Wrath

Non-creature Permanents: 13
2 Sacred Mesa
3 Oblivion Ring
2 Story Circle
2 Endless Horizons
4 Mind Stone

Spells: 8
2 Condemn
2 Unmake
4 Wrath of God

Lands: 25
4 Mistveil Plains
2 Flagstones of Trokair
1 Urza's Factory
18 Plains

SB:
4 Wheel of Sun and Moon
2 Faerie Macabre
4 Figure of Destiny
3 Wispmare
1 Unmake
1 Condemn

Edit: btw - nothing beats Oversoul/Divinity/Akroma with a Warhammer equipped.

2x mesa's do nothing more than 1x mesa, and horizons are not needed more than 2 of period... therefore, there is your reason to run tutor, which also allows you to find that story circle asap if needed vs red or whatever, and also can allow you to play 1x wheel of sun/moon maindeck for vs lark/demigod/mannequin... me personally, off top of my head, without evening opening mws, would run it something like this:

24-25 land
1 akroma
2 crovax
1 oversoul of dusk
1 sacred mesa
1 wheel of sun/moon
2 story circle
3 o.ring
4 wrath
4 martyr
4 mind stone
1 divinity of pride
2 endless horizons
2-3 condem
3 finks
3 idyllic tutor
1 runed halo
sb:
1 runed halo
1-2 condem
1 wheel of s/m
1 finks
3 wispmare
3 unmake
1 imperial mask
3 xxxx.. notable mentions: p.nodes, teferi's moat, honorable passage (if rdw stays huge), pollen lullaby if u suck at drawing wraths, rebuff the wicked if vs enchantment hate,

Not to mention that Tutor will fetch you removal in O-Ring. I hadn't thought about it before, but it does seem like a very very useful toolbox card.

Keep in mind that against most decks except mono red you never ever get all or even most of your land with a horizon's, seeing as how it can be bounced, put on top of your library, oblivion ringed, etc. I still like 3 in the main because it's great card advantage, but I highly doubt I'd ever pluck out more than 5 lands with it. Granted, against RDW it's a no brainer just pull all your lands out and roll with it, but just wanted to point that out.
