It could use some work, particularly the sideboard.

i am not a fan of the viashino so i would also suggest magus of the scroll

RDW lives n dies by 1 drops... u shuld at least have somthing to do on turn 1

I agree - the deck needs more turn 1 options. Currently all there is is suspending Rift Bolt.

I do love me a ball lightning. I would replace Time Spiral with tempest.
That would allow to run something like
4 Jackal Pup
4 Mogg Fanatic
4 Mogg Flunkies
4 Fireslinger?(better options?)
That would allow you to also throw in shock and sonic burst possibly. Also price of progress is a house in the board.
