well...the main thing with blink is to survive meanwhile u get some solid pieces on the board, specially against aggro.

4 WoG are a must, muldrifter is a must for card advantage, you should try it along with venser, shape servant and riftwing cloudskate. its a good deck idea, but must go along with a serious board control and card advantage to work.

Revilark doesn't seem like a bad idea. It interacts perfectly with blink and with the crazy mana we have avalible you could splash any number of colors.

Pickles is a different deck idea, it doesnt really fit in this build since the only synergy pickles has the vesuvan shapeshifter 187 effect.ive seen this kind of deck with revellark before, its good, but just not my taste, you might want to try it out. dont forget creatures like nekraataal that can be a real trouble for decks like kithkin and elves, youd be surprised how much can they bother them.

The only problem(only!) with Reveillark is there is not too much to bring back. But, it would be worth altering the deck to make it more of an option. Lets see...

// Lands
4 [EVE] Fetid Heath
4 [SHM] Mystic Gate
3 [LRW] Vivid Meadow
3 [SHM] Reflecting Pool
2 [SHM] Plains (3)
1 [TSP] Swamp (1)
1 [TSP] Island (3)
2 [LRW] Vivid Marsh
1 [PLC] Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
2 [SHM] Sunken Ruins

// Creatures
2 [PLC] Stonecloaker
3 [SHM] Kitchen Finks
2 [EVE] Soul Snuffers
2 [LRW] Shriekmaw
3 [MOR] Reveillark
2 [10E] Nekrataal
2 [FUT] Venser, Shaper Savant
4 [LRW] Mulldrifter

// Spells
4 [TSP] Momentary Blink
4 [SHM] Turn to Mist
2 [LRW] Oblivion Ring
4 [10E] Wrath of God
3 [LRW] Makeshift Mannequin

Here is the modified version. More blue, some Reveillark (and relevant targets) and a modified mana base. Haven't tested, but what do you think?

im not a big fan of either stonecloaker (is SB material at best) or soul snuffers (id rather kill one target for sure than weaking it and my own creatures) thats my main advise by now.

you should test it and see how it feels, because thats how building is succesful, by testing and solving game issues.

What about Flickerwisp or Mistmeadow Witch?

Stonecloaker could be moved to side board for more of the staples. Soul Snuffers is far too good to take out. With blink cards, its almost like a pick and choose WoG. Granted, i wouldnt include anymore copies in the main, but the ones there must stay there.

Flickerwisp and Mistmeadow Witch are both good cards, but they are not at Instant speed, and there lies the problems with them. I cant do the evoke trick with Flickerwisp (A amazing trick that has made the deck as successful as it has been) and mistmeadow is a creature that costs 4 to use the blink.

Yes... every turn.

As long as you have 4 mana untapped and a Mistmeadow Witch in play (plus another creature, preferably one with a cip ability not Soul Snuffers), he KNOWS that you can blink a creature. The rest of the game revolves around that fact. Witch is powerful, but of course vulnerable.

If she was half black, id agree, and make enough room for maybe 2. But she is so vulnerable that it doesnt help much to play her, and lose her the next turn.

New Version! Replaced the stonecloakers with anouther reveillark and land, and changed out Finks with Aven Riftwatchers so they can come back with Reveillark.
